Cody Drameh future verdict at Leeds United shared by Sky Sports pundit amid relegation worry
We’re delighted to welcome former England goalkeeper Paul Robinson as our exclusive columnist as each week he’ll be giving his views on the biggest talking points at Leeds United…
Paul Robinson has backed Cody Drameh to make an impact for Leeds United if the Whites are relegated to the Championship.
The 21-year-old has been superb on loan at Luton Town during the second half of the 2022/23 campaign, gaining plenty of plaudits.
Robinson has praised the “clever” decision to loan out the right back and believes he could be “integral” next season.

“I think if Leeds do get relegated and the worst does happen, he will come back in and play in the Championship,” Robinson exclusively told MOT Leeds News.
“He’s had an excellent loan and it was a really clever loan move to put him in at Luton with a man manager who has managed him extremely well.
“He’s played really well in a Luton team that has done really well this year. They’ve got the chances of the playoffs and the opportunity to get promoted.

“If Leeds are in the Championship next year, he will come in and be an integral part of that squad.”
Drameh is yet to return to Elland Road after the culmination of the Championship season, with the Hatters set to face Sunderland in the playoffs.
The Leeds ace will be facing off against fellow Elland Road loanee Joe Gelhardt when the two sides meet at the Stadium of Light on Saturday (13 May).
In other Leeds news, the club have tabled an offer for an out of contract Premier League ace.
