Chris Sutton blown away by Stuart Dallas for Leeds v West Brom

Chris Sutton has been blown away by Leeds United utility man Stuart Dallas this season in the Premier League.

The Whites cruised past West Brom on the final day at Elland Road, as they secured a ninth-placed finish after 16 years away.

Sutton singled out Dallas for his performances this season and lauded his “unbelievable” maiden campaign at the highest level.

Speaking on BT Sport during their live coverage of the final clash of the season, Sutton was blown away by what he was watching.

“Under Bielsa, he’s really grown as a player,” he said.

“The beauty of Stuart Dallas is he has played so many positions. He has scored a goal in every division of the football league, and he has been an unbelievable player for Leeds United.”

Today was all about Pablo Hernandez and Gaetano Berardi, who have played their final games for the Whites in true warrior fashion.

Dallas won’t mind sharing the headlines for one day, with the Northern Irish international surely set for a possible clean-sweep at the awards ceremony.

His rise has been phenomenal, after struggling to get off the bench when first arriving, to becoming one of our most trusted players in the Premier League.

Marcelo Bielsa has been loyal to all of his players in this squad since arriving, and he has prepared the rewards of that with the likes of Dallas.

It has been a great season, and with even more reinforcements over the summer to help the likes of Dallas, who knows where we could end up this time next season.
