Carlo Ancelotti ‘only manager’ who can get Daniel Farke sacked at Leeds United
Daniel Farke’s future at Leeds United continues to come under question, and Carlo Ancelotti could tip him over the edge.
The German’s record in the Premier League is a huge concern for the 49ers ownership group ahead of the new campaign.
The 48-year-old has won just six of 49 matches in the top division of English football, and the doubts could lead to his reign at Elland Road ending despite leading the Yorkshire outfit back to the promised land.

Ancelotti touted as Farke replacement at Leeds
It would be a shock decision if Leeds decide to move on from Farke before the end of their first season back in the top-flight.
However, Paul Merson has suggested that they should do so on one condition: if they can tempt the current Real Madrid manager to Thorp Arch.
Speaking live on Sky Sports News (3 May, 17:39), he said: “He has done an unbelievable job, it’s hard to get Leeds out.
“The pressure of getting Leeds out of that Championship, there is more pressure on him than any other manager in the league, because they are such a big club.
“Unless they get Ancelotti, I expect him to be there.”

Leeds have no chance of getting Ancelotti
The idea of getting Ancelotti may be a pipe dream for Whites supporters, but it is nothing more than that.
He is expected to leave Los Blancos at the end of the current campaign but there will several more exciting opportunities for the Italian.
Stats | Ancelotti | Farke |
Matches | 134 | 49 |

Draws | 27 | 8 |

Points | 246 | 26 |
Points per game | 1.84 | 0.53 |
He could decide to take the Brazil job and have an easier schedule, or he may be tempted by a potential vacancy at Tottenham if Ange Postecoglou is sacked.
However, there is absolutely no chance that he would come to the Elland Road outfit and if they somehow pulled it off, it would not be a guarantee of survival by any means.
Ancelotti is used to managing teams with top-class players and winning the biggest honours, not fighting relegation battles with newly-promoted sides.
He is a brilliant manager, but the Peacocks would be better sticking with Farke, who knows the squad and exactly how hard it is to survive in the top-flight.
The 49ers should back him in the transfer market and allow him to build on the squad that secured the second-tier title.
If they sack the German, it will leave the board open for ridicule, especially if they are relegated under his replacement.
