BBC pundit insists Chelsea did not deserve second penalty against Leeds
Leeds United conceded two penalty kicks against Chelsea during Saturday’s 3-2 loss at Stamford Bridge, and that proved costly.
The hosts picked up all three points today (11 December) after Jorginho scored from the spot in the 94th-minute, but Fara Williams was having none on it on BBC Final Score, insisting the officials were wrong for awarding the penalty.
Whites player Mateusz Klich brought down Antonio Rudiger in the box, and referee Chris Kavanagh pointed to the spot, with VAR Mike Dean approving.

The former Liverpool and England midfielder said (as shared on BBC website): “It’s not a pen. If that’s a penalty, the game’s gone crazy.
“The game’s gone, hasn’t it? There’s minimal contact.”
Debatable?
The Chelsea defender had a field day against Leeds, winning two penalties, but was the second one a soft one?
The official did not agree, and while Klich should have known better than to pull down his man in the box, there is no denying that Rudiger made a meal out of the challenge.
He could have easily remained on his feet if he chose to, but seeing him go down like that would surely have fooled the officials.
Nevertheless, many will argue that the hosts deserved to be awarded the kick as Klich did challenge the German.

Leeds have themselves to blame as three errors from three different players hurt them in the end, and they cannot afford to make mistakes like that against the top sides.
They face Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool in their next three games, and will be need to be perfect to get some points from those games.
Coming out with nothing in those games could see them enter into the second half of 2021-22 with relegation staring at them in the face, and they do not want that.
In other Leeds United news, the Whites have mapped out plans to avoid relegation scrap as January transfer budget claim emerges.
