Barcelona may offer reserve team players to Leeds United to sign Raphinha

FC Barcelona could reportedly even consider offering some of their B team/reserve players this summer to Leeds United.

According to Sport, the Catalan Giants will do everything they can to ensure that Raphinha’s asking price does not skyrocket in case Leeds avoid relegation.

Oscar Mingueza is one name who has been mentioned from the first-team squad, but Barcelona good even look to include their reserve players in the deal.

Barcelona are clearly getting desperate in their pursuit to sign Raphinha this summer.

Leeds clearly know that if they get relegated then all deals are off and the Brazilian might as well walk out of the door at full time.

However, if they manage to stay up then they can have a better hand in the negotiations and play hard ball with the La Liga giants.

Leeds clearly must not accept mediocre players from their reserve team and only take players who will strengthen their first team.

Sergino Dest would be a player who would solve a problem position for the Whites and could even be Luke Ayling’s long-term successor at Elland Road.

The Englishman’s performances have been far from impressive this season and the time may have arrived for him to be replaced.

Hopefully, Raphinha ends up staying at the club, but that’s seeming to be unlikely with each passing day given all the reports coming from Spain.

In Leeds United news, an under-the-radar court case involving the transfer of a Leeds player has reached its conclusion with the final payout revealed.
