
Archie Gray displays classy Leeds gesture during Elland Road clash vs Tottenham
Leeds suffered their first defeat in three games on Saturday.
Tottenham defeated Leeds 2-1 in the lashing rain at Elland Road on Saturday to hand Daniel Farke their first home defeat of the season.
Leeds equalised somewhat controversially through Noah Okafor, but Mohammed Kudus’ second-half goal was enough to give the visitors all three points.
Archie Gray returned to Leeds for the first time since his move to North London, but did not get onto the pitch.
What the youngster did after the game, however, will go down extremely well with fans of his old club.

Archie Gray shows appreciation to Leeds fans
Gray came back to Elland Road with Spurs for his first game back at the ground since his move to Tottenham in July 2024.
Gray hasn’t seen much action under Thomas Frank, and that trend continued on Saturday, with the youngster being an unused substitute.
The former Championship Young Player of the Season took time after the game, however, to show his appreciation to the fans of his old club.
Gray got a wonderful reception from the Elland Road faithful, who would love to see him still in West Yorkshire.
Archie is obviously part of the historic Gray family who are so entwined with the history of Leeds and will always remember his roots.
Harry Gray is next in line at Leeds
Harry Gray, Archie’s younger brother, looks set to be the next brilliant prospect from the family coming through at Leeds.
Harry could soon feature for the first team at Leeds, having been in a handful of matchday squads at just 16 years old.
Given that Harry is the fifth member of the Gray family to come through at Leeds, don’t be surprised if he becomes a regular soon.
Leeds supporters take great pride in their academy and have plenty to be excited about coming through.
