Andy Gray smirks as Richard Keys makes Leeds United v Manchester City prediction for Sam Allardyce
Andy Gray smirked in disbelief after Richard Keys predicted Sam Allardyce to “dig something out” for Leeds United against Manchester City.
The two clubs go head-to-head at the Etihad Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday (6 May).
The hosts are currently battling it out with Arsenal for the league title, with the visitors involved in a tense relegation battle.

“It wouldn’t surprise me to see him go to City and dig something out,” Keys said on beIN SPORTS, with Gray replying: “Would it not?”
Keys continued: “And it wouldn’t surprise me to see him beat Newcastle, there you go,” to which Gray smirked and responded: “Really?”
Bold shout
Big Sam looks set to be thrown right into the deep end at Leeds, with the manager handed perhaps the most difficult fixture of the campaign in the away test against Man City.
The Whites currently sit 17th in the table with just seven wins to their name all season, with an eighth win very unlikely against Pep Guardiola’s men.
This is not the first time in his career that Keys has predicted such a bold outcome, with his co-host Gray even taken aback by the claim.
Even with Allardyce’s previous record of helping save teams from the drop, it seems almost impossible that the Whites will take anything from the match against either Manchester City or indeed Newcastle.
The two clubs are flying high in the league and will be very tricky to get past, with both capable of being utterly devastating going forward on their day.
Allardyce will be doing his utmost to pick up some points from the two clashes, although the manager may instead look to the final two games of the season against West Ham and Tottenham for some much-needed victories.
In other Leeds United news, Jim White has mooted a potential return for one former Whites player in a coaching role alongside Allardyce.
