Andrea Radrizzani reacts as Chris Beadle quits former Chelsea agency to join Leeds United

Andrea Radrizzani has welcomed Chris Beadle who left Chelsea’s agency for two years CSM Sport & Entertainment to join Leeds United as Director of Partnership Sales.

The 37-year-old took to LinkedIn to announce that he had taken over a behind-the-scenes role at Elland Road.

Radrizzani, the chairman and majority owner of Leeds United, told Beadle that this was the only club that makes their partners fall in love with their brand.

He wrote, “Welcome Chris! MOT. See you soon at Elland Road, the only place where partners fall in love and understand the uniqueness of our club.”

Good acquistion

He’s got prior experience working with elite clubs like Chelsea and Manchester City and that’s undoubtedly going to hold him in good stead.

Radrizzani is canny with these backroom appointments and he would’ve made sure that Beadle was the right man for the job.

He also spent three years in a full-time position with West Ham in a role that’s not too dissimilar to the one he’s taken up at Leeds so that’s a good thing.

It’s refreshing to see Radrizzani and Leeds constantly adding names to make the club operate more smoothly behind the scenes.

Whenever the takeover happens, the San Francisco 49ers will have an impeccably run club and hopefully one that’s perennially in the top half of the Premier League.

Fans may not see the immediate effects of Beadle’s arrival but he surely will bring in commercial deals which will help the club profit in the longer run.
