Andrea Radrizzani hits back at Leeds United fan after Elon Musk message
Andrea Radrizzani has hit back at a Leeds United fan after an online altercation surfaced via X on Friday.
The former owner of the Whites is rarely one to post on social media, though after Elon Musk posted a video of Rome, the 50-year-old replied by asking the owner of X to become the next President of Italy.
With a Leeds fan finding the post and writing via X [22 November], “Oh my god, this bloke actually used to own our club”, Radrizzani simply replied with a photo of the 2017/18 Championship table, where the club finished 13th.
The fan in question replied: “Fair play,” before adding, “Just going to log off for a few days after that one.”

While Radrizzani did become a co-owner at Elland Road in January 2017, he bought the entire ownership in May of the same year [BBC Sport], and will feel that is enough to silence most of the replies.
Just two seasons after becoming the owner in West Yorkshire, Leeds claimed promotion back to the Premier League for the first time in 17 years.
The Italian is now very much a controversial figure at Elland Road, having unsuccessfully attempted to use the club as collateral on his way out, but there is no hiding from the club’s achievements during his time in charge.
He has been relatively quiet after leaving Elland Road last year but it was only a matter of time before he reacted to a fan on social media, especially with the number of messages he received on his post.
Of course, it will do absolutely nothing to win the love back with Leeds fans but that ship likely sailed a very long time ago after handing the keys over to the 49ers Enterprises.
In other Leeds United news, Daniel Farke’s January transfer plans have already been scuppered after what Angus Kinnear said.
