Alan Shearer predicts Leeds United vs West Ham after ‘shambolic’ scenes
Leeds United and West Ham are going through their own troubles this season.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s team now travel to Elland Road on 24 October, in what could be considered a crunch match in the relegation battle.
Daniel Farke is tasked with avoiding dropping back to the Championship, and the Whites are currently 16th in the table.
As for the Hammers, they’ve sacked Graham Potter but haven’t had much luck under Nuno as they sit on four points near the bottom of the table after an abysmal start to the season.

Leeds United to win vs West Ham
Alan Shearer has backed Leeds to beat West Ham in front of their home fans.
The Premier League icon believes the Whites’ record at Elland Road may give them an edge over the Hammers, who were “shambolic” in their 2-0 loss to Brentford on 20 October.
Shearer feels the Irons have significant issues that they may not be able to overcome, hinting at their possible relegation this season.
The former Newcastle United striker wrote in the Metro on 24 October: “Leeds are a different outfit at home, at Elland Road, and it was pretty shambolic the way that West Ham fell apart on Monday night at home to Brentford.”

Shearer added: “They realised there that they’ve got a massive problem, and whether they’d be able to get out of it, I’m not sure. So, because of that atmosphere, I would go for a home win to Leeds this week.”
Farke must’ve been fuming after losing to Burnley on 18 October, and the German manager has to turn things around and pick up points against West Ham.
Leeds have supercomputer on their side vs West Ham
Opta’s supercomputer rates Leeds as favourites against West Ham, and fans in LS11 will hope it pans out that way.
The Whites must be envying Sunderland right now, who are seventh in the Premier League after making some impressive investments in their squad over the summer.
It looks like the trend of all three promoted teams getting relegated from the English top flight could potentially end this season, and the West Yorkshire outfit will want to be one of the teams to avoid an immediate drop to the Championship.
With Nottingham Forest appointing Sean Dyche, it wouldn’t be surprising to see them get their act together soon, leaving Burnley and the Peacocks starting at the relegation zone.
