Alan McInally empties both barrels as West Ham try to sign Leeds United duo Kalvin Phillips and Raphinha
Alan McInally has entered both barrels at West Ham after their attempts to sign Leeds United duo Kalvin Phillips and Raphinha in January.
The Sky Sports pundit insisted “do me a favour” as the Whites simply batted away both bids closing in on deadline day.
The Guardian reported that bids from the Hammers had been launched for the Brazilian international and the Yorkshire Pirlo late in the window.
Speaking on the Group Chat, as shared by the Footy Accumulators on Twitter, McInally reacted to the news.
“I do think, ‘let’s try and get Raphinha and Kalvin Phillips’ on a Monday night at 10 o’clock,” he said.
“Do me a favour, I mean seriously – I don’t understand.”

Not a chance.
West Ham and their board must have been having a real good laugh, as these bids were nothing short of a joke.
The Irons will know what it is like to see one of your players undersold, with big clubs courting the likes of Declan Rice.
Yet, here they are trying to get our two best players in the final couple of days and hours of January for shocking lowball offers.
It is time for Leeds to now put their feet down with these contract talks and get Phillips and Rpahinha tied down to better deals for longer at Elland Road.
These bids were warnings of what is to come, and Andrea Radrizzani and Victor Orta will now know they need to give these two whatever they want.
Both look as happy as ever in West Yorkshire, and they deserve to be rewarded – it’s time for that to happen.
