Needed

It’s clear for everyone to see that the past structure was not working perfectly for Leeds and a change was needed.

Orta’s departure set the wheels in motion and Radrizzani’s exit finally made things head in the right direction.

This is a big summer at Elland Road so it’s important that the right people are appointed in the right positions.

Marathe undoubtedly would have been keeping tabs on the happenings in and around the club when Radrizzani was in charge.

He will have to do his utmost best to ensure that the same mistakes are not repeated and the foundations are built for many years to come.

Daniel Farke is the right man to get them back to the top flight but staying there is another challenge which they need to plan for.

In other Leeds United news, the Whites have agreed on personal terms to secure their next signing after Ethan Ampadu.
