Wilfried Gnonto, Crysencio Summerville, Luis Sinisterra and Joel Piroe in Leeds United squad to face Ipswich

Luis Sinisterra, Willy Gnonto, Crysencio Summerville and Joel Piroe are all in the Leeds squad to face Ipswich, reports LUFCFanZone.

Writing on their official Twitter account (26 August), the insider account which has been verified as having sources at the club by former owner Andrea Radrizzani, revealed that the four attackers are in the squad.

Summerville has been injured since the opening game of the season where he scored a late equaliser, while Gnonto and Sinisterra had been refusing to play due to wanting to leave the club. Piroe looks set for his debut after signing from Swansea on Thursday.

“Luis Sinisterra, Willy Gnonto, Crysencio Summerville and Joël Piroe are all in the Leeds United squad to face Ipswich Town this afternoon,” they wrote.

Huge

After being without several key players in the last two league games due to a multitude of reasons, having so many back at once is huge for Daniel Farke.

When fit these four players are arguably our best attacking options and are far too good to be in the Championship, never mind as a unit at one club.

Leeds United

Fans are unlikely to take to Sinisterra and Gnonto too quickly following their antics off the pitch in recent weeks, but nobody can dispute their quality and if they return to the team and give their all then there is no doubting that we are a better side for it.

Piroe will need time to adjust but his record at this level speaks for itself, while Summerville has already shown his commitment this season.

The season has to start today after a winless opening three games and a win against table-topping Ipswich would send a message to the rest of the league that Leeds are back.

In other Leeds news, another Premier League defender is wanted on loan at Elland Road.
