'Unplayable', 'Reason we drew' – MOT Super Fans pick Saint & Sinner from Leeds v Cardiff

They say football is a game of two halves. On Saturday it was a game of two-thirds and a third.

Leeds monstered it for the first hour and charged into a 3-0 lead. They were two up after eight minutes.

It started going wrong on the hour mark when Kiko Casilla came charging out for a ball that he should have left well alone.

But it was still fine after 80 minutes. Then came a quick-fire double from Cardiff and to make matters worse they were reduced to 10 men in between those two goals.

It was definitely two points dropped for Leeds. They created a season-high of six big chances and they squandered the chance to go back to the top of the Championship on goal difference.

Who was the standout for the good bit of the game? And who was the player responsible for the capitulation, if any?

They’re the questions we asked our esteemed panel of Super Fans – this is what they had to say about a dramatic afternoon of football at Elland Road…

Patrick Bamford got a brace on Saturday and his hold-up play was fantastic. He was the man of the match for our Super Fans with Helder Costa getting a few mentions.

They’re a nice bunch and didn’t want to put the blame on one player, although Kiko Casilla got the most mentions. One in there for Marcelo Bielsa too, for his odd substitutions.
