Tyler Adams could be absent v Everton after mysterious Leeds footage this week
Leeds United star Tyler Adams may miss Saturday’s Premier League game against Everton after he wasn’t spotted in behind-the-scenes footage shared by the club, according to Leeds Live.
The Whites travel to Goodison Park looking to win a first league game since Bonfire Night but they may have to do it without Adams.
Leeds Live reported on Saturday (18 February) “Keep an eye on the Tyler Adams situation. The club’s weekly training video is never a foolproof guarantee of who is fit and who isn’t, but it’s at least worth noting the American was conspicuous by his absence.”
The midfielder has started all but two of Leeds’ Premier League games this season with Jesse Marsch’s side losing on both occasions.
While the 24-year-old has not registered a goal or assist in the league this term, his importance to the side cannot be overstated.

Today’s game may very well define Leeds’ season. A win would provide the confidence that has been lacking in recent performances and it would give the players and fans the belief that relegation can be avoided.
A loss could be devastating. Leeds would drop into the relegation zone and hand three points to a direct rival.
In games like these, you need your best players. That goes without saying. If Adams misses the game then it may fall to Brenden Aaronson to come in and play in an unfamiliar role.
Hopefully the club have prepared for this and if Adams is absent for the game, a plan has been put in place that won’t disrupt the side too much.
It is rotten luck for Leeds United if Adams does miss the trip to Goodison Park but these are the things you have to deal with in football.
Especially when you are at the bottom of the table, nothing goes your way. On the other hand, if Leeds could get three points against Everton without Adams, that would be a very promising sign.
