Leicester have been hit with a full-blown injury crisis ahead of the trip to Leeds United on Monday night – and their fans aren’t happy.

Their defence, in particular, has been decimated with Timothy Castagne, Caglar Söyüncü, Daniel Amartey and Ricardo Pereira out. Jonny Evans is a doubt and defensive midfielder Wilfred Ndidi is out as well.

Leicester journalist Jordan Blackwell delivered the news after Brendan Rodger’s press conference and it got a lot of Foxes fans talking.

Some are fearing the worst.

One supporter said that if “Castagne doesn’t play we’re finished.” He’s definitely out.

Another said he’d be happy with a point from the Leeds game after seeing the extent of the injuries.

Jamie Vardy is fit at the moment but another supporter questioned how fit he would be playing Thursday and weekend games.

He played 70 minutes in Athen on Thursday and scored from the penalty spot as Leicester beat AEK 2-1.

Leeds have their own injury problems, with Kalvin Phillips still out, but things are better in defence for the Whites with Liam Cooper back.

And it’s in attack where Leeds have shone this season. The Leeds players will be looking at the list of Leicester injuries and licking their lips.

Here are the reactions from the very downbeat Leicester fans…
