Nottingham Forest share important announcement for travelling Leeds United fans to take notice of

Nottingham Forest will be pay tribute for Remembrance Day ahead of their clash against Leeds United on Sunday.

Leeds lost 3-0 to Brighton at the Amex Stadium last time out, and they must prepare themselves for what could prove to be a relegation six-pointer against Nottingham Forest.

The hosts drew 2-2 to Man United last time out, and Sean Dyche is still looking for his first Premier League win in charge.

Ahead of the match at the City Ground, Forest have announced that the tributes will be paid 10 minutes before kick-off.

Remembrance service will begin ten minutes before kick-off

Leeds’ 3-1 win over Wolves has been one of the highlights of their season, and they need to replicate another disciplined performance on the road.

With the game starting at 2pm, Forest have urged all supporters to make their way to the stadium early ahead of kick-off.

A minute’s silence will be held for Remembrance Day, with The Last Post set to be played afterwards at 1:50pm.

Tributes will also be paid to victims of the LNER train attack, which saw 11 people stabbed on the journey from Doncaster to London.

For all the Leeds fans who are travelling to Nottingham, it would be great to see both sets of fans honouring the causes.

As for the match itself, Farke must stop Leeds’ dismal away form, with the Peacocks failing to score in four of their five matches on the road.

Leeds have done well to claim points from some of their relegation rivals, and it’s imperative that they don’t find themselves dragged into the relegation scrap.

Forest can close the gap on Leeds to just two points, and the last thing Leeds need is to give their relegation rivals some momentum.

Leeds must capitalise on Nottingham Forest’s poor defensive record

The positive news for Leeds is that they can create a gap of up to seven points on the bottom three, depending on other results.

Leeds’s attacking output has been underwhelming, and converting chances from open play has been a rare sight this season.

Farke needs to get a tune out of Dominic Calvert-Lewin, who has struggled massively since joining the Peacocks.

Forest are yet to keep a clean sheet in the league this season, and it represents a great opportunity for Leeds to inflict more defensive misery on the hosts.
