Jean-Kevin Augustin is still trying to reach match fitness at Leeds United.
The new striker, who signed in the January window, is yet to start for Leeds, but has come on for cameo appearances in three games.
However, he was an unused sub in the 1-0 win against Reading and it’s obvious that Marcelo Bielsa doesn’t consider him up to speed yet.
He’s now being hampered by the weather.
He’s been used regularly in the Under-23s to build up his match fitness, having only played for a total of 48 minutes in the Championship.
However, last Monday’s Under-23s game was postponed – a game he would very likely have been given 45 minutes in.
And today’s Under-23s game has also been called off because of inclement weather.

Given that Leeds don’t play until Wednesday evening, we were expecting Augustin to get another 45 minutes of action as he tried to play his way into Bielsa’s thinking.
Bielsa is well known for his exacting standards and Augustin hasn’t passed the eye test yet when he’s come on for the first team.
Leeds are still struggling up front, though, and there aren’t many games left in the season.
Augustin has 12 games left to force his way into the starting XI and with Bamford only scoring in one game in his last 10, there’s a very obvious problem up top.
Augustin will likely be on the bench again on Wednesday night and he must be cursing the British weather at the moment.
