Leeds United failed to make it three wins in a row when they lost 2-1 to Everton at Elland Road on Wednesday night.
However, it was a close-run thing, with Leeds desperately trying to complete a comeback after going two goals down.
Raphinha got the Leeds goal and he was brilliant again.
Mateusz Klich came back into the side with Rodrigo out injured and came in for more criticism from Leeds fans.
Klich was dropped for the two prior games after a poor run of form and it’s the first time that’s happened since Marcelo Bielsa came in.
The only league game he’s missed before was the ‘hangover’ game against Derby when the Championship was already won.
We think Klich had a quiet game last night and couldn’t pull the strings like Rodrigo can.
He was given the lowest rating of any Leeds player by WhoScored with a 6.0.
Some fans were more scathing with a few saying he just doesn’t look like himself and one fan going as far as to say “he looks ill to me.”
We think that he’s set the bar so high in the past couple of years that slumps like this are going to happen. No player can stay at the peak of his game all the time and Klich is just off the boil at the moment.
It’s important to remember how much he’s done for us, though.
