Leeds United welcome Everton to Elland Road as the Whites begin their Premier League campaign.
Leeds have added former Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin to their ranks, with the former England international having the opportunity to make Premier League history.
Jack Harrison also looks set to be involved at Leeds this season, after the winger spent the previous two campaigns on loan with the Toffees whilst Leeds were in the Championship.
Considering these subplots, this game looks like it will be a heated affair between the two clubs.
Leeds vs Everton to take place on Monday night
Elland Road will be rocking when Daniel Farke‘s side emerge from the tunnel before their 8pm kick-off on 18 August.
Leeds supporters will be able to sit back, relax and analyse some of their new Premier League rivals throughout the weekend before it’s their turn to stress and watch their side in action.
Lucas Perri and Gabriel Gudmundsson are expected to be just two of the new signings expected to make their competitive debut for Leeds, with both set to have a major role to play in United’s survival bid.

- Gudmundsson will be the Whites’ starting left-back after Junior Firpo left after his contract expired
Jaka Bijol will have to wait for his opportunity to make his debut, however, with the centre-back suspended after being sent off on the final day of the Serie A campaign before moving to West Yorkshire.
