Leeds United vs Aston Villa: Weather update, ticket information, away guide

Leeds United are set to host Aston Villa in their first match after the international break on Sunday.

With Daniel Farke under pressure at Leeds, he needs to get a result at Elland Road to turn their fortunes around.

The fixture is the first of many tough matches for Leeds on the horizon as they look to avoid the drop.

However, Villa will go into the match as favourites at Elland Road after a recent surge in form has seen them rise to sixth.

Now, MOT Leeds News has highlighted everything you need to know about the fixture.

Cold day expected for Leeds vs Aston Villa

With winter approaching, the weather is expected to get worse as the year goes on.

Now, according to the Met Office on 17 November, fans attending the Premier League tie on Sunday at Elland Road may need to wrap up warm.

Highs of seven degrees are expected, with the temperature potentially dropping to as low as three degrees throughout the day.

On the bright side, the chance of precipitation is relatively low, sitting between 20-30 per cent throughout the day.

Tickets no longer available for Leeds United vs Aston Villa

It will come as little surprise that tickets are no longer available for Leeds’ upcoming clash with Villa.

Leeds have commonly sold out their matches at Elland Road this season, and while this is not confirmed, it is the likely reason why tickets are no longer available to purchase.

Likewise, Aston Villa have sold out their away allocation for the game.

The Birmingham outfit were awarded 2,916 tickets for the clash, which were quickly snapped up.

Elland Road travel guide

If you are travelling to Elland Road for the first time on Sunday, there is plenty of information to be aware of.

The nearest train station is Leeds Railway Station, which is around a 35-minute walk from the stadium.

Parking can prove to be difficult close to the stadium on a matchday, but there are plenty of park-and-ride schemes that are encouraged.

Tickets may need to be booked in advance rather than being purchased on the day.
