Leeds United fans aim brilliant chant at Declan Rice during Arsenal clash
Leeds United fans were their vociferous selves during Saturday’s Premier League clash with Arsenal.
The Premier League leaders made the trip to Elland Road aiming to extend their lead over Manchester City and Aston Villa at the summit.
After a tight start to the contest, Martin Zubimendi opened the scoring just before the half-hour mark in West Yorkshire, before a Karl Darlow own goal put Arsenal two up before half-time.
Declan Rice was pulling the strings from central midfield, but Leeds fans were quick to make their feelings known towards the Arsenal ace.

Leeds fans aim Kalvin Phillips chant at Declan Rice
Kalvin Phillips remains a much-loved figure among the Leeds fanbase, three-and-a-half years on from departing Elland Road.
That was clear during the first half of the Arsenal clash as Phillips‘ name was used in a chant aimed at Rice.
As shared by Yorkshire Evening Post reporter Graham Smyth on X, Leeds fans in the Kop and West Stand chanted “You’re just a **** Kalvin Phillips” to Rice.

The chant was good natured, of course, and Rice is very much used to being the focus of chants at away grounds in the Premier League.
How did first half of Leeds vs Arsenal pan out?
The less said from a Leeds perspective, the better.
Darlow’s horror moment gifted Arsenal their second after Zubimendi’s opener, with that taking all the steam out of the atmosphere inside Elland Road.
To Arsenal’s credit, they gradually applied pressure and found a couple of goals without truly having to move through the gears.
With the scoreline still at 2-0, Leeds know they have an outside chance of snatching an unlikely point in the second half.
However, the game could just as easily run away from the Whites, with Arsenal seeming in the mood to put on a show.
