Larry Nance Jr immediately reacts to Leeds United title win

Leeds United secured the Championship title in dramatic fashion at Home Park with a 2-1 victory over Plymouth Argyle.

Leeds‘ rollercoaster of a season came to a dramatic end this afternoon, with Manor Solomon scoring a stoppage-time winner to clinch the league title in a 2-1 victory away to relegated Plymouth.

Promotion was always the aim, especially after last season’s disappointment, and Daniel Farke‘s side will be relieved to have gone one step further.

Celebrations will last long into the night for the Whites, with Larry Nance Jr one of those partaking.

Leeds are the Championship winners after Plymouth win

After a slight blip towards the latter stage of the season, those of a Leeds persuasion will be absolutely delighted with how the final few weeks have panned out.

It won’t be long until full focus turns to recruitment plans for Leeds, but for now, everyone involved will be taking the time to bask in the glory of their return to the Premier League, with Whites investor Nance Jr spearheading them.

Leeds have won the Championship with 100 points.

Reacting to the win against Argyle, he took to X to say “+3” with a trophy emoji, of which there will be plenty of pictures of in the coming hours.

It is a very good day to be a Leeds supporter.

Leeds must slowly turn attention to life back in the Premier League

Celebrations will last a while for the fans, but for those behind the scenes, they won’t be afforded much time to enjoy the moment, with a lot of work needed.

Recruitment will be crucial to the hopes of survival, and there is still a decision to make on the future of Farke after recent sack claims at Elland Road.

With the gulf in quality between the Premier League and the Championship, Leeds can’t be afforded any margin for error as they start plans for life back in the big league, with hopes of staying there for the foreseeable future.
