Karen Carney says that Leicester City are facing a huge game against Leeds United as the two sides find themselves on the wrong end of the Premier League table.
Before the Foxes’ game against Crystal Palace on Saturday, she said that they need to win their next two home games amid their recent struggles.
They failed to beat Palace and pressure is now mounting on Brendan Rodgers ahead of the Leeds clash on Thursday night, 20 October.
Speaking on Premier League Productions’ preview show, Carney said (14/10, 22:42), “The next two fixtures are at home so you must win them. The next three games are huge but the game against Leeds and Crystal Palace are where you need to get the points.”
Need that win
Leeds are not expected to get too much from Arsenal – a team that’s on top of the Premier League table and lost just one game all season.

The best they can realistically expect is a draw but the game against Leicester is vital and can be billed as a six pointer.
Leicester are clearly on the decline and confidence is low at the King Power Stadium.
Leeds also are winless since August and will desperately want to end this woeful run of form that’s put them in 15th place, flirting with relegation again.
Hopefully, the players come out of the Arsenal game unscathed as they’ll need to be at full strength if they are backing themselves to beat Leicester.
Even though they’re away from home, Marsch surely will expect his players to deliver three points as these are the sort of games they’ve got to be winning.
In other Leeds United news, a Sky Sports pundit has delivered Jesse Marsch’s “sack” verdict after what he heard this month.
