Junior Firpo called out after ‘Naive’ Leeds United incident v Luton Town
Leeds United once again fell behind in the Championship against Luton Town on Saturday.
Daniel Farke made four changes to his side, bringing in Junior Firpo, Karl Darlow, Ao Tanaka and Wilfried Gnonto coming in after the draw against Swansea.
It was Isaiah Jones who scored the opener, sneaking in around the back of Firpo to volley home a cross, minutes after the defender had missed a chance himself.

Firpo called out after Leeds United incident
Firpo didn’t enjoy the best opening spell at Kenilworth Road, also committing a stupid foul minutes before conceding in his own third.
Speaking live on Sky Sports Main Event (5 April, 12:41), Don Goodman could not believe what he was watching as the defender decided to dive in.
“It’s very naive,” he said. “Very, very naive.
“You can only have a nibble if you’re going to get the ball. He kicks Adebayo on the left calf. Adebayo may go down easily, but the damage is done.”

Farke clinging on at Leeds United
The German will need zero reminders that he is likely done at Elland Road if he fails to earn promotion to the Premier League at the second time of asking.
After earning 90 points last season and losing in the playoff final against Southampton, more points will likely be needed this time around.
Sheffield United and Burnley don’t appear to be slowing down, and at the exact wrong time as Leeds continue to falter.
The Whites got back into the game through Daniel James, and this second half will be critical to hopefully pick up what would be a huge three points.
Firpo was at his marauding best going forward down the left, but his defensive work was below-par, as Leeds look to dominate the ball and eliminate that being a factor.

With his contract running out at the end of the season, though, he will be desperate to gift promotion as his final actions in West Yorkshire, potentially.
A huge second half is ahead, especially with Burnley also equalising after falling behind at Coventry.
