'Joke', 'Bin him', 'Did we keep the receipt?' - Many Leeds fans rage over one player at HT
Leeds United fans are furious after Diego Llorente suffered yet another injury setback in the first half against Newcastle on Tuesday night.
Llorente, 27, was handed just his second senior appearance for the Whites at Elland Road this week after returning from a number of injuries.
Since joining United from Real Sociedad in the summer, the Spain international has really struggled to prove his fitness but fans were hopeful of a defensive masterclass against Newcastle this week.
Leeds did manage a clean sheet with him on the pitch against the Magpies but fortunately, he only contributed for the first 10 minutes before being substituted off.
Based on him holding his hamstring, that could have been the issue for the centre-back but fans are furious with how the Spaniard has struggled to stay fit at Elland Road.
One supporter has told the Whites to “bin” Llorente, while another is hopeful the Yorkshire giants kept their receipt when buying him in the summer.

We cannot get annoyed with Llorente because, at the end of the day, it’s not his fault.
Whether it’s Bielsa’s harsh training programme or bad luck, there’s not much that can be done about it now other than the club’s medical staff to do their jobs and try to get him back as soon as possible.
But if he’s sidelined for a while, we’ll be worried about the shape of the defence with Robin Koch also out for a while.
Liam Cooper is there but he’s been hit and miss in the Premier League while Luke Ayling is better at right-back and Pascal Struijk is inexperienced.
We’ll see how it goes but it doesn’t look good for Leeds and Llorente.
