Jeff Stelling predicts Leeds United v Southampton, Sky Sports pundit agrees with scoreline
Jeff Stelling predicts Leeds United to win a third Premier League game in a row when they welcome Southampton to Elland Road on Saturday.
Writing on the Super 6 website, the Gillette Soccer Saturday host said that he expects Jesse Marsch’s side to win 2-1 and further ease their relegation concerns in the Premier League.
Sky Sports pundit Neil Mellor also did his predictions and agreed with Stelling on both the outcome and the scoreline at Elland Road this weekend.

Interestingly, both Stelling and Mellor also predicted defeats for Leeds’ relegation rivals Brentford, Norwich and Burnley.
Easy win?
Leeds have won two in a row, Southampton have lost four in a row.
If you look solely at the form of the two sides then you’d have to back United to get all three points when the Saints are in town this weekend.
Ralph Hasenhuttl’s men are capable of stringing together a run of good performances but they can also go the other way and really struggle.
As for Leeds, it’s all looking positive for them right now with key players returning from injury and two last-minute winners on the bounce.

Joe Gelhardt’s goal versus Norwich and Luke Ayling’s winner at Wolves are monumental goals for the Whites this season.
They could end up defining the campaign and being what ultimately keeps the Yorkshire giants in the Premier League.
But let’s take nothing away from Marsch and the job he’s done so far because we’re performing well and we’re picking up points.
Win this against Southampton, and we think we can start to look ahead, rather than behind, in the Premier League table.
