'I know they're going to lose' – Liverpool coach states if Leeds will get relegated this season
Liverpool Under-23s coach Gary O’Neil has said Leeds United will get enough points to stay in the Premier League after their 6-2 shocker against Man United on Sunday.
However, he added there are games when “I know they’re going to lose” and highlighted the tactics of going man-to-man against a side like United who have better players.
O’Neil was talking on the Jim White Show on talkSPORT (Monday, 10am).
Talking about Bielsa, O’Neil said, “I like him. He’s a fascinating guy. Every coach I speak to is fascinated about him, the top guys speak very highly of him.
“He’s out there inventing his own way.
“I do think the way Leeds go about some of the games… I know they’re going to lose.

“You go to Man United and go man-to-man against a team with better players, you’re going to lose.
“I think they’ll get enough points to survive so it will be job done this season. I think they’ll stay up and that’s the aim for Leeds.”
Entertainers
If any Leeds fans were in danger of getting carried away after some of the early games this season, the 6-2 at Old Trafford will have brought them back to earth with a bump.
Leeds play a thrilling, occasionally crazy, brand of football – 15 goals in the last two games proves that.
Only Chelsea and Villa outside of the top six have scored as many goals as Leeds. No team has conceded as many.
There have been 54 goals in the 14 Leeds games so far this season. West Brom come next on the list with 48 goals.
West Brom are second from bottom with seven points. Leeds have 17 points and have a seven-point buffer back to the bottom three.
Survival is the aim this season. And, if Leeds can do that, while entertaining, then Bielsa will have done a wonderful job.
