Hernandez starts – Confirmed Leeds starting XI v QPR; Clarke involved for Hoops

Marcelo Bielsa has confirmed the Leeds United starting XI for the early Championship game against Queens Park Rangers.

Stuart Dallas makes the starting XI despite picking up an injury towards the end of the Sheffield Wednesday game last weekend.

Tyler Roberts, Barry Douglas and Adam Forshaw miss out through injury.

Pablo Hernandez comes in for Douglas, which means that Dallas should be lining up at left-back.

Patrick Bamford leads the line again as the only striker option available to Bielsa.

The hunt is on for a replacement for Eddie Nketiah, but with less than two weeks of the window left, Leeds are seemingly nowhere nearer bringing someone in.

Meanwhile, a familiar face will be looking to make a big impact against Leeds.

Jack Clarke is on the bench after signing a loan deal with our Championship rivals for the rest of the season.

He’ll be hoping to come on and prove Bielsa wrong, after getting very little game time with Leeds in the first half of this season.

Leeds will be desperate for a win after going six without victory. That’s seen the buffer between Leeds and third place drop to just four points after Fulham beat Middlesbrough 1-0 on Friday night.

Three points would send Leeds back to the top of the Championship with current leaders West Brom not playing until Monday night when they host Stoke at The Hawthorns.
