Leeds United return to Premier League action as they travel to Burnley on Saturday afternoon.

Daniel Farke has several injuries to contend with at Turf Moor on 18 October, with his squad changing for the short trip to Lancashire.

Daniel Farke risks popularity with Jack Harrison call

Leeds United fans don't like Harrison; they have made that very clear.

After leaving the Whites for Everton in two consecutive loan spells, Harrison has come back to Elland Road with a point to prove this season in the Premier League.

With injuries opening the door, Harrison could actually shine for Leeds.

Farke has risked his own popularity by starting the winger, rather than changing systems, and he will hope that was the right decision to make in a couple of hours.

Daniel Farke versus Scott Parker in Premier League

Farke and Parker are actually the bottom two managers for Premier League points-per-game averages of any to oversee 50-plus games in the competition’s history.

Parker averages 0.75 points per game over 59 fixtures, with Farke only averaging 0.61.

Of course, Farke is massively hindered by two unsupported spells at Norwich, where he was effectively relegated twice without any real financial backing in the transfer market.

Parker, on the other hand, arguably took Fulham down with one of the best relegated squads on paper, likely just behind Leicester City in recent years.

It will be interesting to see if both have learned from these spells this season, and more specifically, this afternoon at Turf Moor, with a huge three points on offer for Leeds.

Parker and Farke are going under the radar after a tough start on paper, with decent results, with Regis Le Bris and Sunderland taking advantage, albeit impressively, of their so-called easier starts.

Let's hope Farke can improve that average today, with Leeds needing another win.
