Daniel Farke makes Patrick Bamford decision for Leeds United v Burnley
Patrick Bamford is set to be included in the Leeds United squad to face Burnley after recovering from a hamstring injury, according to Leeds Live.
The online publication shared the update early on Saturday (14 September), shortly ahead of the visit of Burnley to Elland Road.
Bamford has not played for Leeds, or been included in a matchday squad, since the 0-0 draw against West Brom on 17 August.
Max Wober is also set to be included in the squad, despite returning from international action with a minor knee injury.
Patrick Bamford has point to make at Leeds United
The fanbase remains split on whether Bamford truly has a future at Elland Road and it is solely down to the striker to prove himself.
Bamford’s main priority is to put his injury problems behind him and then make an impact when his chance to shine finally arrives.
Daniel Farke has opted for Mateo Joseph up top so far, while other members of this talented squad can also fill in up top.
Bamford’s absence has not exactly been missed so far as United have defeated Sheffield Wednesday and Hull City 2-0 in their past two games.
The Englishman sat out both of those as he recovered from a minor hamstring problem, but he is now set to be included against Burnley.

It is almost certain Farke will name Bamford among the subs, but if Leeds are chasing a goal in the second half, do not be surprised to see him.
And if Bamford can make an impact from the bench, it may well be he is back in contention to start once again come the trip to Cardiff City next weekend.
