Leeds United have made two changes to their starting XI for their Premier League clash against West Brom this afternoon.

Marcelo Bielsa has decided to include both Pablo Hernandez and Gaetano Berardi for their final games ever for the Whites.

Confirmed on their official Twitter account prior to kick-off, Leeds have also dropped the likes of Patrick Bamford to the bench.

This is all about farewell to Berardi and Hernandez.

Both will leave Elland Road after this game, leaving behind their legacies as two of our modern legends at the club.

Hernandez especially will be an emotional goodbye, after he single-handidly carried the Whites for many years at Elland Road.

Bielsa is a big fan of both, and he will be looking far and wide to find two suitable replacements over the summer for his squad upgrade.

Leeds United

Finish with a bang.

We have already secured a top-half finish in our first season back, and that is a huge achievement for the Whites after 16 years away.

There is still a chance of finishing eight, and that would be even better.

Finishing above the likes of Arsenal, despite their shocker of a campaign, would show just how far we have come since our return.

With fans back in Elland Road for the first time since that clash against Huddersfield, it is time to finish with a bang for them.
