Confirmed Leeds United starting XI v Everton

Leeds United have confirmed their starting XI for the Premier League clash against Everton on Saturday afternoon.

The Whites will be looking to back up the 3-3 draw on the road in the midweek at Aston Villa.

Confirmed on Twitter prior to kick-off, Marcelo Bielsa has decided to once again name an unchanged side for the third game in a row.

This one brings back Frank Lampard to the picture, with this modern rivalry coming back to life.

Bielsa won’t care one little bit about that, and will just be concentrating on the football at Goodison Park, even if the former Derby and Chelsea man can’t help himself.

Adam Forshaw will have to wait once again to make his impact, being named on the bench at his former club.

Pressure.

Everton fans are really starting to panic, and they believe this one has quickly become a must-win for the home side.

Leeds are currently one spot and four points ahead of the Toffees, who could drop into the relegation zone today.

Looking at Lampard’s side against Newcastle, they were simply shocking and have their own injury issues in defence and midfield.

Having no recognised left-back will certainly help Raphinha, who will be more determined than ever to shine after his shocker at Villa.

Three points are the goal here, and we would love to finish today in mid-table, rather than being dragged back into that relegation fight.
