Confirmed Leeds United starting XI v Bournemouth as Jesse Marsch still fights sack

Leeds United have confirmed their starting XI for the Premier League showdown against Bournemouth at Elland Road on Saturday 5th November.

Jesse Marsch will still be fighting to avoid the sack despite the 2-1 win at Liverpool last time out, with consistency now needed before the World Cup break.

Confirmed on Twitter prior to kick-off, the Whites have gone unchanged with Crysencio Summerville the man of the moment and Patrick Bamford missing out altogether.

Must win.

Three points or nothing has to be the message going around the dressing room.

Leeds will still be on the high of that win at Anfield, but it will mean nothing once that first whistle goes at Elland Road this afternoon and it gets underway.

Taking the win this afternoon will make it six from six and the relegation zone will hopefully be a distant memory for now ahead of that final match with Spurs.

With the Carabao Cup trip to Wolves sandwiched in between, Marsch will use that game at Molineux as his chance to rotate the squad slightly, so there was no need today.

All eyes will be on Summerville, as he looks to make it three goals in three games and continue his fine form as Luis Sinisterra starts his rehabilitation from his latest knock.

A clean sheet would be very nice and given Bournemouth’s latest form, that has to be a realistic target for Marsch and the Whites who just want to keep that confidence sky-high.
