Leeds United have made one change to their starting XI for the Premier League clash with Southampton on Tuesday evening.

Marcelo Bielsa has decided to bring Diego Llorente to his starting side, with the Spaniard only making his second Premier League start.

Confirmed on Twitter prior to kick-off, the Whites have decided to drop Jamie Shackelton despite his impressive performances against Wolves and Arsenal.

1Leeds will once again have to cope with the loss of Kalvin Phillips in midfield, with no timescale being set for his return by Bielsa.

He joins Ian Poveda, Rodrigo and Robin Koch as the list appears to be slowly shortening of those in rehabilitation at Thorp Arch.

Joe Gelhardt is once again named on the bench, with the exciting under-23s talent joining a number of his teammates on the sideline.

The young striker will be hoping that it is the fourth time lucky this evening and that he could make his Premier League and senior debut for the Whites.

The Whites can once again bounce back into the top half of the Premier League with three points, after consecutive defeats against Arsenal and Wolves.

With this being Leeds’ game-in-hand, those two teams they have just faced would be the pair they can jump back above with a win this evening.

It would put Bielsa’s boys one point behind Spurs and Aston Villa, ahead of that big clash at Elland Road at the weekend; bring it on.
