Charles Ingram slams Leeds player who is always ‘too late’; states what club ‘desperately’ needs
Charles Ingram has claimed that Leeds United “desperately require a top striker and top keeper” after the 2-0 defeat to Cardiff.
And he joined on the Patrick Bamford bundle when he asked, “Why is Bamford always a fraction of a second too late?”

Ingram delivered his verdict on the game late on Sunday night and was pointing the finger at the Leeds striker and goalkeeper Illan Meslier for the loss.
He said, “A long term suspension” to Kiko Casilla and “too many injuries” could ruin the promotion bid for Leeds.
He also said, “If you play open you have to score”.
Ingram made his name on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, although things went sour after his £1m win.
He’s won the public over after the latest docu-drama Quiz was broadcast recently and he also came out as a Leeds fan, much to the delight of Whites everywhere.
His verdict isn’t actually a bad one. Bamford does so much right but just always seems to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Meslier has looked good up until the Cardiff game but he should have done better for the first goal, despite being horribly exposed by his defence and Kalvin Phillips.
We don’t agree Leeds have too many injuries. Pablo Hernandez should be back for the Fulham game, leaving just Jean-Kevin Augustin and long-term injured Adam Forshaw on the treatment tables.
We do think Leeds need a top new striker in the summer, though, whether Augustin stays or goes.
