Adrian Durham destroys Mike Dean for Kalvin Phillips booking in Leeds v West Ham
Adrian Durham has destroyed Mike Dean for booking Leeds United midfielder Kalvin Phillips in the 2-0 defeat against West Ham on Monday.
The Yorkshire Pirlo was handed a booking for an apparent high boot, despite clearly winning the ball from Pablo Fornals in the second half.
Fornals went down accompanied by a huge scream despite no contact being made, and Dean fell for it before bringing out the book.
Durham reacted to the decision on his personal Twitter account during the game and labelled Dean as “gullible” for handing the decision.
“That yellow for Kalvin Phillips is a joke,” he wrote. “Massive dive, loud squeal, ref gullible.”

The Mike Dean Show.
What is it about Dean and his special ability to make everything about him that is so infuriating to watch every single week?
From his over-exaggerated actions when giving decisions, and handing out bookings as if they are birthday cards like they are going out of fashion.
Dean shouldn’t have been in charge in this game, especially after he requested to miss rounds of fixtures after the last time he took charge of West Ham.
Phillips didn’t go too high, especially none more than Fornals, so he should have let it go – if it was that terrible of a challenge, then VAR would have brought it back.
Time and time again, the Premier League and their officials are ruining games, something has to change, although we don’t suspect it will.
