The EFL has finally released the fixture list as Leeds United get ready resume their Championship season.

It has been confirmed that the Whites will travel to Cardiff a week on Sunday for a 12pm kick-off in the Welsh capital.

After that, Marcelo Bielsa's men welcome both Fulham and Luton Town to Elland Road in back-to-back home games.

With the uncertainty surrounding businesses in the United Kingdom, it is unclear whether or not Leeds will travel down the night before the game at Cardiff and stop in a hotel like they usually would.

The Yorkshire Evening Post journalist Graham Smyth has shared on his personal Twitter account that arrangements haven't been confirmed yet.

"Travel arrangements yet to be confirmed/green lit," he wrote.

"But the hope is that travelling would be done the night before and not on the day."

Atheltic journalist Phil Hay also reacted to the away fixture saying, "Leeds intend to find some way of staying down on the Saturday evening. There's no way they'd accept being asked to travel so far on the day for a kick-off at that time."

Smyth and Hay are spot on with his comments. It would be absurd for Leeds to travel to the game on that morning.

There will surely be discussions with the EFL to clarify this situation, and more importantly for accommodation to be made available for long-distance trips.

Travelling that far on the day for a midday kick-off would be completely unreasonable.

Leeds still also have to travel to Swansea, and although the situation will be much clearer by then, similar decisions will need to be made for that trip.
