Leeds United travelled to Manchester United for their opening Premier League match of the season.

Rio Ferdinand singled out Jack Harrison as his one Whites player to watch throughout the campaign after making his move permanent.

The deal to bring him to Elland Road was hailed massively, although he was massively quiet in the first-half as we fell behind to Bruno Fernandes' goal.

Speaking on BT Sports during live coverage of the game, Ferdinand singled out Harrison as one of the best signings of the summer.

"Beautiful piece of business," he said.

"Delivers, scores goals, assists - even more than that, his energy, the way he governs that left-hand side.

"I think his all-around game, he picks the ball in these types of areas, he's very direct."

Beautiful.

Bringing in Harrison for only £11million will easily go down as one of the bargains of the summer in the Premier League, and Andrea Radrizzani will want more pieces of business just like that.

Having been on loan from Manchester City, no midfielder at the Etihad was involved in more goals than Harrison last season.

Pep Guardiola had to sell players to fund moves for the likes of Jack Grealish, and we were more than happy to take advantage of that.

We are expecting big things from the winger this season, with that fee expected to become even more of a bargain as the months roll on.

Can he hit 20 goal involvements? That will surely be the target for at least two attackers out of the four we have starting in most games.
