Marcelo Bielsa confirms Leeds team news v Liverpool

Marcelo Bielsa has confirmed his Leeds United team news for the Premier League clash against Liverpool on Sunday.

As it stands, the Whites are without Raphinha due to Brazil and FIFA enforcing the five-day ban after the international break.

Leeds will have Dan James available to make his debut, with Bielsa praising the piece of business confirmed by the club on deadline day.

Confirmed via Football Daily on Twitter, Bielsa shared the news that everyone was hoping for.

"He will be available this weekend," he said.

"He's a player who can play on either side that combines his ability to unbalance the opponent considering his speed."

Not only Leeds but Liverpool have also been hit by this ridiculous ruling of bans for their Brazilian players.

Roberto Firmino, Alisson and Fabinho will also miss the trip to Elland Road, and it appears as though they have been hit by this more than the Whites.

Raphinha is a huge miss, but having James available for his debut would be a big plus for Bielsa who has been waiting for that moment for over two years now.

The Welshman shined during the international break, and there will be no better or bigger moment to introduce yourself to the Whites faithful.

We can't wait to see him bombing down the right-hand side and hopefully he can cause real problems for the likes of Andy Robertson after his injury.
