Leeds United battled to another victory in their Premier League clash against Burnley on Saturday afternoon.

It wasn't the easiest of afternoons at Turf Moor, with the physicality of the Clarets enough to cause problems for any team.

Illan Meslier didn't have much to do, but he was called into action occasionally, including a brilliant save from Matej Vydra before the second goal.

Speaking during live commentary of the game on BT Sport, Lucy Ward was thoroughly impressed with the young Frenchman.

"Meslier in goal, he's making these saves when he needs to," she said.

"When his team are 1-0 up and he needs to keep them in the game, that's a terrific save."

No surprise.

We just sit back and applaud Meslier, as these moments no longer surprise us.

There have been some fragile moments since his jump into the Premier League, but we have to remember that this is his first full season for the Whites, in the best division in the world.

Meslier has become the youngest goalkeeper ever to reach 10 clean sheets in the Premier League, and that is no surprise given his excellent talent.

According to WyScout, only Sam Johnstone has made more saves in Europe's top-five leagues, and that proves just how inspirational he has been for the Whites.

It was another brilliant save, and Meslier is certainly proving that he will be one of the best in the future, not just in the Premier League, but the world.
