Swansea midfielder Matt Grimes is set to sign a new deal at the Liberty Stadium amid links to Leeds United and Southampton, according to Wales Online.
The media outlet reported on Friday (18 August) that the decision could be made official by Saturday which will put an end to the speculation.
That announcement will most probably mean that the 28-year-old Englishman will not leave the club over the summer.

Grimes is the Swansea captain and the club will obviously do whatever they can to retain his services.
He also is not desperate to force a move away from the Welsh side so this is a move that benefits both parties.
Leeds cannot wait and hope he has a change of heart as everything appears to be done and dusted.
Once the announcement happens, that will end their chance of signing the midfielder this summer.
