Leeds United have four Welsh players who will look to help their country qualify for the World Cup over the international break.

Wales and Bosnia-Herzegovina face each other at Cardiff City Stadium on Thursday for a place in a World Cup European qualifying play-off final.

The winners will then face either Italy or Northern Ireland at home on 31 March for a place at the finals in Canada, Mexico and the United States this summer.

The Whites have Karl Darlow, Joe Rodon, Ethan Ampadu and Dan James, who could play a huge role in both matches.

Leeds' Welsh stars are desperate for World Cup qualification, and MOT Leeds tells you how you can watch the crunch match against Bosnia on TV.

How to watch Wales vs Bosnia clash

Wales are aiming to be at their second successive World Cup tournament, having reached Qatar in 2022, where they failed to progress from the group stage.

Craig Bellamy's Wales sit 31st in the FIFA world rankings, 40 places above the visitors, making them favourites to continue dreaming of only a third ever finals appearance.

The clash between Wales and Bosnia will be shown live on BBC Two and BBC One Wales.

The game will also be available to watch on the BBC Sport website, as well as BBC iPlayer.

For all the build-up and analysis, follow the football and Wales sections on the BBC Sport website.

The match will have to be decided on the night, so if the score is level after 90 minutes, they will go to extra-time and penalties if needed.

Leeds' Welsh stars have had contrasting campaigns, but excelling on the international stage could boost the Whites' hopes of avoiding relegation when the players return to LS11.

How have Leeds' Welsh stars performed this season?

James has missed many games due to injury, and even though he has returned to full fitness, he hasn't managed to break into the starting lineup.

However, the same can't be said about Darlow.

The 35-year-old displaced Lucas Perri in the side, and his impressive career has gone to another level under Daniel Farke.

Rodon has been a leader at the back, scoring twice in 29 Premier League games this season.

Ampadu has arguably been Leeds' best player this season, and there's no doubt that he'll start for Wales.

The next week will be extremely emotional for the quartet, but if they manage to qualify for the World Cup, they'll return to West Yorkshire more motivated than ever.
