Leeds United fans have aimed a new dig at Sky Sports during their 2-0 Championship victory against Plymouth Argyle at Home Park as they sang "IPTV" from the stands, according to Graham Smyth.

The Yorkshire Evening Post journalist shared what was happening via his X account [17 February] as Leeds fans fumed at the constantly changing fixture schedule, with travelling supporters ignored again.

An 11-hour round trip for the travelling supporters is a tough ask at the best of times, but with the game scheduled for a 12:30 kick-off, it proved yet again Sky Sports' lack of acknowledgement of fans.

Not only would that 11-hour round trip have been a difficult one with the early kick-off, but it also comes just weeks after many of the travelling support would have already made the trip for the FA Cup Fourth Round clash on 6 February.

The fans that made the trip earlier this month were given high praise by Alan Brazil and Ally McCoist on talkSPORT, and now having made that trip again, many have proved how passionate the travelling Leeds supporters truly are.

IPTV, of course, is a streaming service, something Sky Sports are keen to remove from the game given the funds it takes away from their service, so Leeds fans singing that live on air is a good way for fans to land a new dig at the broadcasters.

Leeds fans made the trip and travelled in their numbers as always, but the lack of acknowledgement shown by the broadcasters once more typifies the ignorance of the likes of Sky Sports towards the average football supporters.
