There is no love lost between Leeds United and Sheffield Wednesday boss Garry Monk.

Monk left Elland Road despite many fans wanting him to stay at the club after guiding the Whites to a seventh-placed finish despite being in the play-offs for the majority of the season nearly three years ago.

Things aren't going much better at Hillsborough, and Leeds fans are taking pleasure in his failures at our Yorkshire rivals whilst Marcelo Bielsa continues to push the Whites towards the Premier League.

The Athletic journalist Nancy Frostick released an article on Sunday questioning whether or not Wednesday need to cut ties with Monk or sell some of their players to get out of trouble.

Phil Hay has shared that piece on his personal Twitter account, and as expected, in came the floods of Leeds fans looking to poke at the troubles of our Yorkshire rivals, with no sympathy.

Monk has managed to take four points of Leeds this season, but in the long run, it appears Bielsa's men are way out in front and that attitude highlighted by the former boss after the 2-0 win at Elland Road has come back to haunt him.
