Jonathan Woodgate was left stunned watching Jesse Marsch in the dugout during the Leeds United loss at Leicester.

The American was all over his technical area at the King Power and was kicking every ball and winning every duel.

Woodgate insisted that Leeds looked "lethal" on the counter-attack, but it wasn't enough to take any points and ease our worries.

Speaking during live coverage for the BBC this afternoon, Woodgate kept a close eye on the American in the dugout.

"I tell you what, Leeds look lethal when they counter-attack, they really do," he said. "They have got real pace, which is hard to defend against.

"You see Jesse Marsch's reaction when Leeds just won the ball back, it was like they had scored a goal. He clenches his fist as if to say 'brilliant boys'."

Not good enough.

Unfortunately, the counter-attack just wasn't enough in the end.

It was our biggest weapon in the first half, but in the second we started to dominate and chances started to come with ease.

All of our front four missed guilt-edged chances at times, and in our desperate situation, you cannot afford to do that.

Patrick Bamford was on the bench, though, and hopefully, he can be back on Thursday against Aston Villa to put these chances away.

We have been missing our striker all season, and it said everything that Kasper Schmeichel was the Man of the Match.
