Jeff Stelling has made a prediction for Leeds United's Premier League clash against Brentford this weekend and is expecting a tight game.

The Whites travel back to west London for the first time since the final game of last season, where they secured their Premier League status for another season thanks to a 2-1 win.

But now they head back after two games without a win, and Stelling is predicting on Super 6 that run will extend to three as he has picked a 1-0 home win for the Bees that would see the Whites disappointed.

Same again

Another weekend of Premier League football, where Leeds United are being underestimated against a team that they match up well with and can claim all three points in with nobody being surprised.

Leeds' transfer window was excellent this summer, with nine additions coming in and big improvements made to the depth of the squad despite the sales of Kalvin Phillips and Raphinha to Manchester City and Barcelona respectively.

The additions of Brendan Aaronson, Marc Roca, Tyler Adams and Luis Sinisterra have already beared fruit on the pitch with goals and top performances, and with the squad being stronger this year there is no reason they can't claim another win.

Jesse Marsch will have the formula to beat Thomas Frank already in the back of his mind and performances in the last two games, despite the results haven't been awful.

Now they have a chance to get back on the winning bandwagon at the scene of their greatest Premier League triumph since returning to the division two years ago.

Stelling is going with the home team in a tight game, but fingers crossed that fans will be able to tell him he was wrong come Saturday evening.

It won't be easy, but this Leeds team is better than it's getting credit for and they're entirely capable of claiming a win.
