Leeds United manager Daniel Farke has made no changes to his Whites' starting XI for the clash with Sheffield United on Friday 18 October.

The Whites boss has decided against rotating his squad for the clash with the Blades at Elland Road with Illan Meslier keeping his place between the posts despite his major error at the Stadium of Light.

Attacking duo Manor Solomon and Dan James have returned to the matchday squad but have been left among the substitutes, alongside Mateo Jospeh who misses out on the starting XI once again, with Joel Piroe preferred up top.

What has happened to Leeds United keeper Illan Meslier at Elland Road?

The international break feels as if it has gone forever this time around and the Whites' draw with Sunderland at the Stadium of Light feels a lot longer ago than just two weeks.

Leeds United will be desperate to get back to winning ways and hit the ground running after two weeks off, but Farke's side will know that the Blades will give them a major test over the course of the 90 minutes.

When Leeds are at their best, it is hard for any team in the division to cope with them. However, they have to put together a complete performance and not make errors as they did against the Black Cats last time out.

Hopefully, after some time off and some extra time on the training ground, this side will have more than enough energy and ability to claim all three points and kick off this next run of fixtures with a much-needed win.

If not, pressure will immediately begin to mount on Farke and his coaching staff from supporters and pundits alike.
