We're delighted to welcome former England goalkeeper Paul Robinson as our exclusive columnist. Each week he'll be giving his views on the biggest talking points at Leeds United...

Paul Robinson has said that Jean-Kevin Augustin is not fit and will not start for Leeds against Bristol City on Saturday.

Augustin has been on the bench for the last two Leeds games and has come on late on without having much of an effect.

Robinson has claimed that Augustin didn't look fit in the game against Brentford and that Patrick Bamford will lead the line on Saturday.

Talking exclusively to MOT Leeds News Robinson said, "Augustin has still only played a little bit and he doesn’t look match fit.

"That's not that surprising given that he only started a few games for Monaco.

"The way Bielsa plays and what he demands, it’s going to take Augustin a while to get up to the levels he wants. It will take time, he was never going to hit the ground running.

"He got 15 minutes against Brentford and didn't look fit so I don’t think he’ll start at the weekend.

"I think Bamford will start and Augustin will come off the bench again if needed."

Leeds fans are desperate to see Augustin start but Bamford had a good game – without getting on the scoresheet – against Brentford.

How long is it going to take Augustin to get up to speed, though? That's the big question for Leeds and games are starting to run out.

Bristol City go into the game in seventh place but just three points behind Leeds now.
