Leeds United face a challenging finale at Plymouth Argyle’s Home Park, where a victory is crucial to clinch the Sky Bet Championship title ahead of Burnley.

Currently, both sides are level on 97 points but a win for the visitors will see them seal the crown.

Amid their scintillating form, boasting a +64 goal difference and a 10-0 aggregate score in their last two matches, the Whites must now navigate a motivated Plymouth side fighting for pride, despite their near-certain relegation.

Farke makes error as he names his playing eleven

Farke has opted to leave Largie Ramazani out of his playing eleven, which is baffling considering his impact against Bristol City.

He came off the bench to score two goals and that surely merited a starting berth for the final game of the season.

However, he's continued to pick Brenden Aaronson who has been underperforming in recent weeks and this decision could cost Leeds the title.

Junior Firpo is not in the matchday squad, confirming pre-match injury fears.

The Pilgrims, under Miron Muslic, have shown resilience with recent wins over Coventry and Preston, and their home crowd could inspire an upset, especially after a tight loss to Middlesbrough.

Leeds’ challenges include maintaining their high-intensity style away from Elland Road, managing potential complacency after securing promotion, and countering Plymouth’s desperation to end on a high.

To overcome these, Farke must ensure his squad remains focused, leveraging the attacking prowess of Joel Piroe, who has 19 goals this season, alongside Willy Gnonto and Manor Solomon's flair.

Leeds United must be aware of Plymouth's threat on the break

Defensively, Leeds need to stay compact to neutralise Plymouth’s counter-attacks, with Ilia Gruev and Ao Tanaka maintaining midfield control.

Farke’s tactical discipline, honed in recent routs, will be key, as will exploiting Plymouth’s defensive frailties, exposed in their 14-goal deficit to safety.

By sustaining their relentless pressing and clinical finishing, Leeds can secure the three points needed to crown their dominant campaign with the Championship title.
